Rules and Regulations for Students
Students are required to wear the prescribed uniform while on duty and within the college premises.
Students must adhere to all rules and regulations of the college and hostels.
Any student found guilty of breaching discipline within or outside the college premises, engaging in persistent idleness or misconduct, may face disciplinary action. The Head of the Institution may, depending on the severity of the offence, take one of the following actions:
- Suspend the student from classes.
- Expel the student from the institution.
- Disqualify the student from appearing in examinations.
- Rusticate the student from the college.
The college and hostel authorities will not be held responsible if a student attempts or commits any form of self-harm or unnatural acts.
The Head of the Institute has the authority to suspend a student temporarily pending an inquiry into the alleged misconduct.
If a student is found innocent after an inquiry, the period of suspension will be considered in the attendance calculation for examination eligibility.
A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for students to be eligible to appear in the annual examinations.
Fees once deposited will not be refundable under any circumstances. If a student wishes to discontinue the course after admission, they are required to pay the entire course fees, regardless of the duration they have spent in the college.
Bus services will not be provided for students leaving or returning from vacation.
Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on college and hostel premises.
Ragging is strictly prohibited. Any student involved in ragging will be suspended or rusticated.
Any form of chatting during examinations will lead to suspension or rustication.
Hostel rules are separate and are mentioned in the hostel form.
The management reserves the right to alter or change any rules and regulations, which must be followed by all students.
